1.Show how to convert the R'S' flip flop into RS flip flop?
2.On certain wall clocks the representation of the progression of the seconds is analog while other clocks it is digital.what is the difference?

    To convert a R'S' flip flop to RS flip flop the NAND gates must be replaced by NOR gates.

    yup we can convert a R'S' flip flop to rs by inserting NOR gates instead of NAND gates.

    replace nand by nor gates..

    The NAND gates can be replaced by the NOR gates.
